These terms apply to your use of northpointskin.com and to purchases from Northline Resources LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read each product’s directions and ingredients before use, patch test new products, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under a doctor’s care, check with a healthcare professional before using retinoids or acids.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is added at checkout where required.
• Payments are processed over an encrypted connection (256-bit SSL) by a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. We never store full card numbers.
• We may correct pricing or listing errors. If an error affects your order, we’ll contact you before charging, and you can cancel.

Orders

Your order is accepted when it ships. We may limit quantities or decline an order, for example if we suspect fraud or resale; if we do, you won’t be charged. Shipping, returns and refunds are covered in our shipping and returns policy.

Promotions and discount codes

• One discount code per order. Codes can’t be combined with other offers unless the offer says so.
• Codes apply to the product subtotal before tax and shipping, and have no cash value.
• Each promotion runs for the dates stated in the offer. Expired codes can’t be applied after the fact.
• If you return items bought with a discount, the refund is the amount you actually paid for those items.
• We may end or change a promotion at any time; orders already placed keep the price they were charged.

Shipping restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States. You’re responsible for making sure our products can be legally received at your address.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
