This policy explains what personal information Northline Resources LLC (“we”) collects when you visit northpointskin.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Payment details: card details are entered into secure, encrypted fields and processed by our PCI DSS-compliant payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

• Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.

How we use it

• To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site and your payments secure.
• To send order and shipping updates.
• To send marketing email if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store (payment processing, fraud prevention, shipping carriers, email delivery, hosting and analytics), and only as needed for them to do that work. We don’t sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes, and delete or anonymise other data when it’s no longer needed.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
